“The Muse does not come to those who want to strangle her”

My practice now must be to hold my work lightly.

The light, playful energy that I use to meet my Guides is the same one that I want to approach everything from.

I’m not here to struggle and fuss and fume. I’m here to play and to express Creation in my own inimitable way.

Forcing, pushing, fighting is Old Paradigm.

Allowing, releasing, integrating, always inquiring, that’s my New Paradigm.
Fill the vessel with love and goodness and nourishment, and then it can act as the conduit for the divine that it wants to be.
